2014-15 Hunting Season
« on: October 19, 2014, 08:33:07 PM »

Anybody go hunting this season? Does anybody even hunt?

Just got back from a 2 day trip to Tule Lake. Field hunted both days.  The geese were not willing to work with us. Bird population isn't that great yet. Need some strong storms to bring them down.

Awesome view though

I haven't been hunting but I'd be interested in trying some duck or quail hunting.

We should organize a small pheasant hunt in February after duck season ends. Would be a good time if 4-5 could make it.

I'm down to go. Do you have all your tags and waders? I usually hunt refuges.

There's a place here in north lincoln if you want to hunt on a pheasant ranch.  I'd be down to go.

I've been going to Garcias the last 8 years. Quail point out of woodland is also a great place to go.  My dog is out of training in 2 weeks. So I'll take any excuse to get him out hunting
