Welder selection
« on: January 03, 2017, 03:30:13 PM »

Has anyone had any experience with the miller 211 or Hobart 210 mig welders? Looking for a new welder this spring going to be using it to link my jeep and motor swap welding 1/4" and 3/16" majority of the time. Just not sure if they are best for what I'm looking to do and only want to buy a welder once

I looked at those and have settled on the ironman 230. I haven't bought it yet, but I will.

I might do the same and wait for a bigger one. I don't want to end up getting one too small and have poor welds just didn't want to spend more than I have to

Either of those will work fine.
