The 4.10 R&P went in the D30 with ease. Gotta love those no-mess unit bearings. That pinion crush sleeve was tough! Setup revealed a perfect contact pattern without changing any shims. Minimum backlash spec was achieved as well. We took it to the nearest ditch so he could see the limits of unlocked differentials.  :shaking:
Looks like it will need a little trimming in the wheel wells under full flex. Armor is next, but he can handle that.

Now it's time to fix a FourRunner.

Rails and Bumpers are on. Ordered Artec LCA brackets for the front D30. Is the pass upper bracket needed also?
He has TeraFlex adjustable arms on all but the front uppers. Looking at cheap https://www.ebay.com/itm/Jeep-TJ-LJ-XJ-MJ-Front-Upper-Adjustable-Control-Arm-Set-TIER-ONE/152727508249?ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT&_trksid=p2060353.m1438.l2649
Better JKS cost double that and top of the line just ain't happening. What do we think about the cheapo's? Gotta be a major improvement in strength over stock.

Well not much has changed but maybe I should become a woodworker also.
Installed the front HD LCA brackets Friday then spent five hours in the ER yesterday.

Warning! Safety glasses suck! While grinding lying on my back the glasses shifted up on my forehead and I took a serious blast to my eye. All the ophthalmologist are closed on the weekend and the ER PA experience was a frightening ordeal. His attempt helped but I need to follow up with an expert.
Anyway, the moral of this story is: Toss your safety glasses in the trash and use nothing but full coverage goggles that seal against your face. A face shield might be risky as well when working upside down.

TruTrac went in perfectly. I think he will do fine on the trails we do and hopefully it won't be too much for his r&p or u-joints.

The ophthalmologist didn't have to drill anymore into my eyeball but I feel like there is still another sliver in there. He felt the ER PA didn't do a terrible job but the drops were very toxic. My vision is blurry in that eye. I have a follow up visit Monday. Thanks for asking.

They look effective. I wish I grabbed my dirt bike goggles. Might work well as an option.

I ordered a pair of these to try. I want a seal against my face. Fog might be an issue when it's hot out.

Got a set of these a couple weeks ago for yard work, with the weedeater and push whacker....

Super price, I haven't used them yet but they seem to fit well.
