I put axles from a v8 and factory lockers, d44a rear. Better gear ratio as well. I said open because I took it on strawberry pass trail and under pressure it acted like they were open on the bigger boulders, I had to turn back. No winch and by myself

I'm pretty sure there hasn't been enough snow up there to make it worth while. But there seems to be a weeks worth of snow coming up.

This is a constantly updating forecast for where we usually go.

Maybe we can get someone who lives up there to check it out for us.  :knock:

im planning on going up sat the 18th

we will probably end up on WWS right at the plow line.  Borrowed a set of 47s from a buddy so its going to be party time.   Day215 might show up, few other toyotas and a samurai

Where do you all meet up?

There's a 'Port of Subs' in Nevada City, and they also have gas.

There's a slight chance of snow on the 18th in WWS.

I might be able to make another run to WWS on the 18th. Need to see what all the kids are doing and look at seats. I was up there last week.

Change of plan ish.  We are going to tow the rigs up icehouse and park at plow line.  Usually itís half mile or so past the loon turnoff.

We will then wheel to airport flats and as far in the trail as we can get.

Most likely meeting at fresh pond and heading out from there

And what is the date?

The trip to Airport Flats is Jan. 18th.

The trip to North Bloomfield Rd. has yet to be determined.
