Moab 2022
« on: October 27, 2021, 08:16:58 AM »
Let's get it going...

I checked last night and recreation.gov is still doing reservations at Ken's Lake so that's a good thing.  As of last night there were reservations available through the 26th of April which would put it at 6 months out.

We've been going in May however it's definitely hotter during the day then.  Maybe last two weeks of April??

Roger on late april.  Never ended up going back this year so jeep will be as I left it - should come back to life and be up for more trails.  Thats the time of year I went for a long time and it ranged from nice 70s/80s down to 50s and hail, the car show at the end of the month is sweet.

I thought about grabbing 18, I grabbed 14 instead where Dan was last year.  Hopefully that one is deep enough for my setup.  Sean got the same spot he was in last year and Doug got 17 where I was last year.

We can always swap if it's too short... but Dan had that trailer in there so we'll see.

My cousin is not on this forum but he just reserved a space for him and his wife. He's new to the 4x scene but has done slick-rock and a couple others this summer. He is really excited.

Now I just need to do the rear 4 link swap and replace the radiator. Good thing I have a few months.
