Ok everybody, calm down calm down! I didn't think my crappy idea would spur such heated typing . I have come to my senses, I won't be chopping up my floor pans anytime soon. I have decided to implement a new system using a scuba mask, a periscope made from toilet paper tubes and broken Compact disc pieces and some super grip polydent. Combining these items, coupled together with my 8 year old sons new seating arrangement(imagine a mechanics creeper bolted to the floor), should yield me the ultimate spotting system! I'm actually thinking about lowering the jeep, yes, it's going to be that awesome :2thumbsup:.

Seriously though, I really appreciate everyone's input, regardless of their own opinion. This is what keeps good ideas going, or helps shut down bad and sometimes potentially unsafe ideas.

Bobbed, exod, cut up etc. I used to wheel a YJ, then I defected. Now no one talks to me anymore.....cant completly blame that on the switch though.

I'm out of the club. Stay away from my wiener.

You're outta your damn mind, super polydent is water soluble that shit'll fall apart, use something more stable.  Otherwise a solid plan.

CTFS. Put plexi on the inside and expanded metal on the outside. That would make it a little more resistant to scratches.

Again like I said, CTFS.  :smokin:

BTW lexan floors have been on monster trucks for many years. Its the only way to see where your going with all the crazy moves. It has been proven to be very safe.
